Facebook shares fall after yesterday’s crash

The social network site collapsed yesterday for third time in this month  and stopped working for around 40 minutes and this led to a fall in share prices by 4%.Users were greeted with the following error message: „Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on it and we'll get it fixed as soon as we can.”
Thursday last week similar crash was reported, which lasted 12 minutes. Another outage took place on September 17 and lasted around 5 minutes. Yesterday's breakdown was the third crash within the last 11 days - something unprecedented for Facebook. The social network is used by 1.5 billion people worldwide and therefore failures on Facebook are always news, because the service is considered to be extremely stable.
As a result of the problem Facebook's shares fell nearly 4 percent to $ 89.25.
In today's session, the price continues to fall and shares are now being sold at $ 88.43.
